Sometimes life doesn't fall apart.
It simply stops fitting.
A place to make sense of change across life, work, identity and what's next.
You might be questioning a career that once felt certain.
Noticing your energy or priorities shifting.
Carrying more than you used to - at home, at work, or both.
Watching the world change faster than expected.
Often it’s not one thing.
It’s the accumulation.
And when multiple parts of life shift at once, it can be hard to know where to start, or even what you’re actually feeling.
The Recalibration Years (TRY) is a place to pause, make sense of what’s changing, and start asking better questions.
Who TRY is for
TRY is for anyone who feels that something is shifting, but isn’t quite sure what to do with that feeling yet.
That might look like:
A career that no longer fits the person you’ve become
A life stage bringing new pressures and new questions
A world changing faster than your existing map can handle
A quiet restlessness you can’t quite name
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You just need to be paying attention.
The story behind TRY
TRY was founded by Mischa Douglas, a people, technology and transformation leader who has spent more than two decades helping individuals, teams and organisations navigate change.
What began as a personal exploration of life’s shifting seasons has evolved into a broader conversation about how people navigate periods when work, health, identity and purpose begin shifting at the same time in a rapidly changing world.
